That said, nothing has come close to a torn cornea. Opening my eye nor closing it helped. The eye drops didn't help. Nothing helped.
This is up there. I’ve scratched my cornea a handful of times and it’s absolutely miserable. Hurts open, hurts closed. Weeping water and burns like fire. Luckily the eyes heal very quickly usually and very minor injuries are very pronounced bc they’re so important.

Intestinal cramps from gluten exposure. I've gone for hours. Even when completely empty, I'll continue to have what I call "a-hole dry heaves".

Headaches. In specific cluster.
I have those and It's a fact that they are the worst debilitating pain known to humans.

Elbows.
I'll list this, because not many will say this. But it is a real condition that if I really bump my elbows bad enough, not talking funny bone here, I will actually start breaking into a sweat and nearly pass out.
Very strange.

Headache. I will take an ibuprofin if I even think a headache might be coming.

Yes.
The man flu is especially tough on you guys. I can’t believe you live through it.

The worse pain I’ve ever felt has been in the palate and fingernails (had one ripped off when drilling a rafter with a one HP drill). The palate was worse. I got pain killer shots from a dentist in the roof of the mouth and I was only touching the chair with my heels and the back of my head.

had an abcessed tooth while on humira and it spread to another tooth while on antibiotics. ended up getting infection in jaw and neck had to have emergency surgery with whole right side gum slit and drained. then drain put in neck. passed out in back seat of car going to doc's office. broke bones to point of bones sticking out and it was nothing compared to the tooth and gum pain from that infection.

You could see my tear with the naked eye looking in the mirror. Took 2 weeks to completely heal, and I still have trouble from it. Once it tears it's a permanent weak spot.

I got 3 wisdom teeth cut out on Friday. Really hasn't been that bad. The worst pain has come in the last 40 hours or so, but nothing otc pain meds haven't been able to quell. Worst part has been not being able to eat hard foods.

Everyone’s answers are better and more real but I wanted to throw this one in…
When I was younger, one of my biggest pet peeves would be girls pinching the back of my arms. Why does getting pinched there hurt so much more than anywhere else? Later in life, I still get irrationally angry, if anyone tries to do it.

Nose. When I go to the Dermatologist and they freeze off a pre-cancerous spot.
