A 166.077 Ploppy! That is a gorgeous example. Monobloc case built from 904L (aka Uranus steel) before 904L was used by the cool kids.
Thank you good sir! I appreciate the compliment. No He escape valve needed. And I bet 80% of the people here are thinking "That's a terribly ugly watch". We should school them up on COMEX a bit

I have a couple of Tissots. I'm just not a watch person.

who would downvote your gorgeous rolex??
People who don’t like watches?
I’ve had this thing for almost 20yrs and it still looks brand new. Serviced at Aucoin Hart, and it runs like a Rolex, a little late lol.

My everyday is a Milgauss, but today I was thinking about my grandfather who I inherited this from.

Picked up a 226570 earlier this week actually. It's been on my short list for years. Real happy with it.

Citizen.
Never needs winding or battery change. At least for the last twenty or so years.
If that isn't Luxurious, what is?

I don't do luxury, but I wear the following rotation:
3 different Hugo Boss
1 Tissot
3 different Lacoste
1 Jack Mason (LSU)
1 Timex (LSU)

The Mirage is gorgeous and while I appreciate its organic and a slightly crashy vibe the star of the show is hidden against your wrist. The Caliber 233 is incredible, one of those movements that captivates me like say the Lang & Heyne Caliber VIII.

I like watches, and different styles for different occasions. Everyone has a hobby.
