I hear about it but never actually encountered it. Everything in the work fridge looks nasty as hell so I wouldn’t touch any of it anyways

Our old janitor used to bring hogshead cheese for lunch. He never hat to worry about it being stolen.

One time years ago there was a guy that was going into this one co-workers lunch everyday and snatching something. They set ole boy up by putting some fresh from the garden tomatoes in his lunch box. They had injected them with liquid crab boil. he didn't mess with anyone's lunch again.

I used to work with this crazy broad who would sometimes not steal the whole lunch, but just take bites or even pick the shrimp out of a stir fry and leave the rest.

My brother stole a Mexican's lunch out of their lunchroom because my brother left his at home. Too bad they had cameras and my brother got fired.

We had this happening years ago, two of the better ones.
A nice older lady starts working on Monday and brings meatloaf and mashed potatoes in a container, someone stole her meatloaf on her first day.
I had two sandwiches, ate one and went back for the other and it was gone.
Every other day or so someone's lunch got stolen for a year or so
