I'm salary and most of the projects I work on are lump sum contracts. However, on the occasion I do work hourly, my billing rate is $225/hr.

When I first saw this thread I was going to reply with my billable rate but it would get downvoted and no one would believe it unless they work for an Am 100. Rates have gotten crazy in the last 5 years several firms broke $1,000 per hour for associates. When I started I never envisioned the day when the average partner would bill $1,000 an hour now there are lots of them over $2,000 at places like Kirkland, and Craveth.
