I’m salaried but it works out to 126.67/hour. I’m director of sales in the construction supply industry.

I'm salaried but I make the same hourly wage I made before I was promoted when you factor in all of the extra work I have to do for the new position. FML.

Commission plus 3k month salary as an F&I director. My mentor said something to me that stuck. Why would you ever let anyone tell you how much you're worth an hour?

Averages out to be close to $80 an hour on a 50 hour work week though.

Realtor. It’s up and down. I’ve made $0 in a month and 80k in a month. This was the first year I actually had sales close every month.

Never tried to figure an hourly rate. I’d turn down $100 an hour salaried job if that tells you anything.

I figure realtor is going to be severely changing in the next 10 years, so if you’re thinking about getting into that I’d keep that in mind. But I’ll be long since retired by then.

I hated it so much that I quit and went to law school. Being an attorney is a different kind of suck.

You would think all the geniuses in this thread could divide their average annual income, be it salary or commission whatever, by 2080, and tell us what they are making per hour.
