Claritin and generic Flonase.

Claritin-D 12 hour if it’s really bad.

Same and I also have script for Azelastine nasal spray. This works exceedingly well for me, like the best I've felt for decades good.

Generic nasacort + Claritin.

The nasacort has been a game changer for me.

Azelastine spray is just an antihistamine spray. It's fine to take daily, you're actually supposed to do it twice a day.

Afrin/oxymetazoline/phenylephrine/Vicks etc sprays are the decogestant/vasoconstrictive meds that you should avoid prolonged use. They are the "addictive" sprays as they cause the rebound congestion.

If your insurance will cover it, should look into dymista. It's a combo spray with flonase/azelastine spray. Saves the hassle of two different sprays.

Just get use to it and move on. I stopped taking all my medicines and feel the same so not worth putting all that shite into your body.
