I’m 6-0 and stayed about 170-175 with a 32-33” waist for most of my 61 years, with an occasional bump to 180ish. Usually stayed very fit with running and weights. That is until May, 2025 when I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
I did chemo and lost about 10 pounds. October 31, 2025, the day of my Whipple surgery, I weighed 174. It’s a complex and life altering surgery that rearranges your digestive tract. It forever changes how you eat and digest food. About 5 months after surgery I was down to 144. I didn’t have any clothes that fit anymore. I thought I may have to go on TPN (total parenteral nutrition), a form of intravenous feeding when oral nutrition doesn’t work. Thankfully I’m back up to 165ish this week.
This probably wasn’t the answer you were aiming for, but worrying about waist size and weight is my constant companion now. Thanks for indulging me.

Mouton, yes. Yeah, he was in his own little world, but that wasn't anything unique with a lot of posters back then.
