I've never timed myself in a mile. My best 5K time is 22:58. I think that's 7:25 per mile. I'm sure I could do it in under 7 minutes.

5:15 my sophomore year in high school. Then I started drinking. Haven't simply ran a timed mile in a few years but I imagine it wouldn't be real fast.

When I was a Sr in high school fifteen years ago I ran the first mile of a cross country meet at Highland Park in 5:10,unfortunately the rest of the leaders ran the 2nd and 3rd miles around there as well. I finished at 19:38.

I did 6:00 on a treadmill a month ago and my heart wanted to blow up. My goal for 2014 is to beat the 19:38 or at least 20:00.

Past 30 years it's been a 6:55 and that was 3 months ago. Usually run the lakes in 29:something

Not now, but at age 30 (couple years ago) I was 6'4/250-265 and ran about a 6:45 mile pace for 6-8 miles and my last mile was always the fastest so better than that by at least 00:15.

Had some health issues and got to 290 for awhile before getting back down. When I was 290 I still ran under 9:30, usually between 8:45-9:30 splits.
