Dating - 22-40. Not a fan of older chicks for dating purposes. 22 is certainly on the low end, but it's basically any chick out of college and/or settled down I'd consider, knowing it's still not likely to find one you'd have things in common with at that age.
Hook up - 18-45 ish. I'm sure there are women over 45 I certainly wouldn't turn down, but that'd be the general age range. No reason not going with 18 for just a hook up.
