I know one guy that has always dated girls around 22 y/o no matter how old he has gotten. It's more and more weird every time they come around. I have no idea what goes on in their relationship other than physical attraction. So for hookups, I'd be on board. Relationship.......don't think I could until they are around 26ish (I'm 31).

I'm 41. I'd go about 7-8 years in either direction. Wouldn't have a hard limit - it's not like I would say "32? Sorry, you missed by one year", but too much of a difference and you're at completely different places in your life.

Funny thing is I have a few friends in their 20s who are very mature and levelheaded and would be perfect personality matches for me. Just too much of an age difference (and only one is still on the market anyway).
