It's not your role to enforce speed limits. Just the fact that you are in the left lane and not pulling over makes you in violation of the law. It does not matter what speed anyone is moving, you must pull to the right and allow the faster vehicle to pass.

There's a weird phenomenon where everyone in Texas drives like their arse is on fire, but anytime I'm on I-10 between Baton Rouge and Lake Charles, there's a dip shite chilling at 70 in the left lane and it's always got a Texas license plate.
