When I lived in Austin it was nice to not see the murder of the day on the news but it was replaced by the traffic fatality of the day.
Along with going 90 they also go about 75 on exit ramps and if you don't immediately get in the off ramp lane the second it appears, you can't get over. Big Ben. Parliament.

It's not your role to enforce speed limits. Just the fact that you are in the left lane and not pulling over makes you in violation of the law. It does not matter what speed anyone is moving, you must pull to the right and allow the faster vehicle to pass.
Why should he?
Do I allow people to shoot up one hit of crack if I see it? It is only a little over the legal limit.

The biggest problem I've had with Texas drivers were those looking to merge in the street from a parking lot, gas station, etc.
First they get right next to the road, sometimes enough I want to edge to the left to get clearance. And then they start rolling for an opening behind me before my car passes.
Haven't really seen it that bad anywhere in LA

Atlanta area drivers are worse, imo.

there's a dip shite chilling at 70 in the left lane and it's always got a Texas license plate.
Yep, commonly know as a Katrina refugee. Take your trash home with you.

So if every driver in the left lane is doing 120, that means move over?
frick them. They have speed limits for a reason. There is no law in tejas that says it is ok to go over the speed limit

Yup, if I have cruise set to 78 and I'm passing some truck going 73, tough shite speeders. Don't ride my arse, I'll get back over when I pass the truck.

By trying to slow them down, you're just making the road more dangerous.

Slowing down from well over 10+ over makes the road more dangerous?
Holy crap I love that logic

Which is an inherently flawed argument because if they weren't speeding so bad, there would be no need for a dangerous/drastic change in speed.

Exactly my point, why should I let these idiots who drive 90 go by when I'm taking care of business in a respectable manner

Hahahahaha them slip ramps to the service roads are extra fun at rush hour...
Good bit of advice to anyone visiting a large metro area in texas and is merging onto the interstate. Punch that accelerator to the floor like you are about to take off from a damn carrier haha. I am normally 75-80 as I come into the slip ramp for Bush. Much easier to brake than it is to speed up with less than 40 yards of ramp left.

Good question... because you would have/should have been ticketed for not following the law. Texas law states that you can be ticketed for driving in the left lane and not passing.
Good job, dip shite.
And WTF are you driving from Dallas to Victoria in a rental for?

Why is it hard for you to just drive in the right lane then? You are clearly being a pain in the arse to everyone else.
