Squatted to pinch off a loaf in the woods. Didnt see trap in leaves, sac got pinched in the trap. Thats my worst injury...
Worst pain was when the chain on the trap ran out as I was running for help.

Had an wreck that resulted in a broken collar bone, separated shoulder, post labrum tear, broken ribs, punctured and collapsed lung, and a concussion. Also had 2nd degree burns on my back from the bike landing on me. It hurt.
Also had a contusion to my knee that bruised the femur and a functional tear to the ACL.
Another incident where I was tossed over the bars of my dirtbike. After I hit the ground and the bike flipping, the bike landed on me. The handlebars hit right on my thigh hard enough to bend the bars pretty bad. I have no idea how that didn't break my femur. From my mid thigh to my knee was a deep purple for over a month. I got very lucky on that one, knee braces paid off.
I honestly can't say which of these hurt worse. Each one has left a permanent mark on me, but not enough to stop me from racing.

Giant splinter that went in the palm of my hand and poked agaist the skin on the back of my hand.
Pulling it out - with pliers - hurt worse than it going in.
Or an ingrown toenail I had when I was 14. I wouldn’t go to the Dr and it eventually grew out the bottom/front of my toe.

Had a hernia and subsequent surgical repair 1989.
Gout in big toe in early '90s.
Pancreatitis late '90s.
Kidney stones mid-2000s.
Sciatica and subsequent surgery last year.
Pancreatitis was worst of them all by far! Remember asking God to take my life!

CobraCommander,
Are you getting a ureteroscopy? If so and if you havent had one before here is a tip. Ask your doc for Torodol (Ketorolac). I didn't get stents put in because I was going out of town. 2 days later the bladder spasms started, very painful. Went back to doc next day and got torodol. Spasms gone. And torodol is not narcotic so you can take it along with narcotic pain meds if you have to.

I had pleurisy when I was 19. Pleurisy is a fluid buildup outside the lungs and every time I took a deep breath for a week, it felt like someone taking an ice pick to my lungs.
When I was 24, I had an asthma attack at work that resulted in me blowing open holes in my lungs.
Those fricking sucked.

Yeah, I'm getting a ureteroscopy and a stent. Not sure what the doctor will give me but I will make sure to ask about torodol.
I'm ready to get this devil stone out of me. I've had it since the end of January.

Ruptured Achilles tendon.

Trying to rehab a torn meniscus in my knee which was misdiagnosed.
The misdiagnosis was the type of tear it had, as it turned out to be a horseshoe tear obstructing the joint. That type of damage required surgery to fix, not rehab.
The difference between this and major throat surgery that laid me up for several weeks was that I could just lay down and drink liquid codeine with the throat surgery. I was expected to be back to normal immediately after the meniscus tear because of the misdiagnosis.

Pilonidal cyst. Hurt to sit, lay, walk. Everything was unbearable.
When the doc cut into it I almost passed out from the pain. He gave me 5 tongue depressers to bite down on. I bit the stack of 5 in half

Injury: head bashed in with a 9 iron.
Pain: had to have some bones removed from my body due to a bone disease that I had. That had me crying in pain for months.

I second this. Had one in college. Thought I just had a zit on my butt and wouldn’t go to the dr. Ended up spending a week in the hospital.
Can also confirm a lower back problem is no fun (first experience with that this week), and also caught a knee to the thigh in football that my thigh pad didn’t catch and couldn’t lift my leg off the ground for 3 days.

Worst injusry is a torn labrum that was bad enough to get surgery. Pain was at the worst about 30 minutes after my shoulder would pop out of place, if I didn't get back in myself. It would start to lock up and I would feel something like contranctions on my arm that hurt like a bitch.
