I was at Zulu and Zulove (However they spelled it) from '96 to '99. We used to goto the State Palace at least once a month. I actually got kicked out of Caffeine.

True Story: I had my Z Cavaricci shirt ripped while crowd surfing at New Orleans Lollapalooza, 1996.
It was during the Metallica set, which followed Sound Garden, which had followed Rage Against the Machines.

My favorite concert ever. My stint in the mosh pit during Rage was officially my last mosh pit ever. I got laid out & that was it for me. I went back home from college the next weekend & my mom washed my clothes for me. She busted into my room upset & asked me why there were footprints all over the BACK of my t shirt that I wore to this show.

Saw NIN for $1 at Tipitinas. Saw Pearl Jam at Tips. Saw a triple header of Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins and Red Hot Chili Peppers at the N.O. Municipal Auditorium with tickets costing $15.

Saw Counting Crows and Live at Zephyr Fest in City Park at Marconi Meadows. Lightning Crashes was awesome live. Wasn't crowded at all either. We just walked right up to the front of the stage. Walked to Parlays afterwards. Think they did $2 pitchers even though it wasn't a Tuesday.

I was there too. Great show. Now i hear these bands on the classic rock station every now and then. Damn I got old quick.

One time I star 69ed someone who called and hung up on me. So I star 67ed them so they couldn't star 69 me, told them "frick you" then hung up. Called two of my friends using 3 way, while listening to a tape somebody made for me that had "aint nothing but a g thang" a few Eazy E songs, Hip Hop Horay by Naughty by nature, a few chilli pepper songs, and a song called Informer by a dude named snow.
Then later on, I grabbed my starter jacket and wait outside for my friend to pick me up. He got his license about 6 month earlier and saved up all of his money from working at McDonalds to buy some trio rims. He even had enough money to buy a car stereo.. The ones that the face can come off of it so you could take it with you so no one could steal it. But while I was waiting, he hit me up on my beeper with 911. His parents were making him baby sit his little sister so he couldn't come pick me up. I just stayed at home and watched The Silence of the Lambs.
