I would buy 5 rundown homes in my town and remodel them then rent them out.
No rentals in town and there's tons of money to be made either through rentals or flipping.

No one on here will believe me but I came into just about $1 million one time. You know what you do with it? Nothing. You’d invest it and it really wouldn’t change your life. In fact you just get anxiety when the number comes down
