I played a prediction contest on my favorite NFL team's site and won a $100 GC to their team store and a box of Panini football cards.
If I would have kept the box of cards sealed and put it on a shelf, it would be worth over $5,000 today (Mahomes and Watson rookie year).

My wife went to a Mary Kay meeting and won an all inclusive 4 day trip to Cancun. Of course the hotel was the cheapest fleabag in Cancun.

When I was young we used to go to this pool hall that was by our house and for teens. No alcohol, anything like that.
I played poker with nickels and won up to a dollar to enter the drawing for a Meuchi pool stick in an alligator or eel skin case. I think that’s how you spell it. I bought one ticket and won the stick. They had promoted this for a month and it drew a big crowd that night. Some guys tried to fight us that night to take the stick but I had 4 friends there so they backed off. We called my parents and made our escape after that. Several years later, I sold the stick to some pool hustler at a bar for couple of hundred dollars. I maybe used it 3 times.
I also won a soft Yeti cooler from donating blood at the United Blood Services blood drive. I sold it someone on here right before Christmas. Never used it once.

I bought $100 worth of raffle tickets for a fundraiser and won a Hobie Outback fishing kayak. Sold it a week later for around $2,200 if I remember correctly.
ETA: Not a big prize but I also remember a few years back my wife and I went to an LSU baseball game and had tickets on the third base line. We had some friends at the game that were sitting behind home plate, and they had messaged us into the game saying the seats next to them were open. We moved over there to go talk to them and about 5 minutes later the announcer called the seat my wife was sitting in and someone came running up the stairs and handed her a gas card
, wasn't even where we were supposed to be sitting.

I won tickets to the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra from NPR back in like 2012...pretty underwhelming.....
Oh I did win a mini fridge at Project Graduation in high school; came in handy a few months later in Kirby Smith. Definitely better than tickets to the LPO.

When I was middle school I won 4 tickets behind home plate to an Alabama-Auburn game in a raffle. My family and I went and Bama won on a walkoff double with the tag at home coming just a second late. Not a super expensive prize but a great memory

Have won way to much to list, used to enter sweepstakes as a hobby. Won 2 tickets on the Concord to France, a week in Paris and $3,000 in spending money. Also, tickets to 5 different SuperBowls, an ATV, Crawfish Boiling trailer, Saints Season tickets twice, 3 trips to Jamaica, LaCosta Spa in LaJolla, and hundreds of bikes, shirts, cookware, etc. Was a fun hobby and I still fill out a form if I see one at the grocery.

In the late 30's, this train was a prize in a Coco Wheats radio contest. It was never used by the prize winner. I was lucky to get it a few years ago.
The prize winner has been deceased for a long time. I obtained it from the train collector who had bought it from the prize winner's heirs.

Was a really good concert and at that time I was really into Operation Mindcrime by Queensryche. Was kinds of starting to get into Metallic. The mosh pit for them was insane!
