I regret the day I was ever introduced to any kind of nicotine.

Smoking, dipping, Zyn. It makes me cringe to think about the amount of money I have spent on nicotine.

I'm nicotine free since June 25 at this point and if someone offered me a dip or a Zyn I would take it in a heartbeat

I'm not 50+ but I'd go back and take better care of my hearing. From cutting grass all day without hearing protection, hunting with guns and no hearing protection, listening to loud music, sleeping with earbuds in playing music, etc... I'm in my 30s and have some noticeable hearing loss compared to people older than me.

I mean cell phone usage is probably the easiest and most accurate answer for most under 40.

Shooting guns with no or inadequate ear pro, and working on an asphalt late model wrecked some frequencies in my left ear. I’m not deaf but really notice it.

I quit dipping in about 2014 and I could gladly start back tomorrow and think about it quite a bit. Amazing how addicting that stuff is.

With you brother. 53 and have been dipping since I was 16. Average 5 cans a week. I put it somewhere in the neighborhood of $20k.

Hasn't happened to me yet, but I know several older people who have endured skin cancer who lament the fact that they never wore sunscreen and soldiered through some sunburns in their carefree youth.

My wife has had 9 basal cell carcinoma spots removed. She’s 42.

Wear your sunscreen, folks.
