One I forgot to list. My Vuarnet are for overcast days or snow and are fantastic in those conditions.

My Oakleys have had the tint bubble up around the edges of the lenses.

Shady Rays are good, and not expensive.

This is the right answer. Until you try them, you won't know, but once you do it's always MJs.

The only correct answer here :

All brand name sunglasses are made in the same factory by Luxotica at about 1000% markup.

Just buy some polarized knockoff aviators or whatever style you like off of Amazon for $20 and you have the exact same thing minus the brand name that nobody but you will even notice.

For rare moments when I am in an enclosed vehicle, I wear RayBan Aviators.
When riding in the wind, I wear a pair of dark glasses with reader panels from the the local welder's supply shop. I can see my gauges while my eyes are protected from road debris and sun. Cheap and very effective.
I also like Bolle, Tifosi or Oakleys.

Maui Jim's
I have 3 pair,…one in my car, one in wife’s car, one for any outdoor activity…
My wife bought my first pair when we were on our honeymoon 15 yrs ago. They stay in her car. I’ve had to change the nose pads…awesome.

IDK why they’re so hung up on the spatulas. They must have bought American Optical as well, because they’re most all spatulas too. Pisses me off. They act all ‘pilot’ while selling $300 polarized glasses. You can’t have both.

Rayban here. Classic and love them. I’m prescription polarized lenses.

Sons wear Persols. Sharp eye wear but the slightly blingy metal bits at the hinges bug me.

Costas have readers for us old farts.

And for those who lose glasses, buy a pair of these. Yes, you'll look like a dork, but you'll look like a dork with a pair of sunglasses....

Maui Jim's polarized lenses are awesome. I do like Goodr for exercise (they don't slip off your nose if you're sweaty), but once you start wearing a good lens, it's hard to go back, and they don't compare.

Roka is a great brand that makes very light sunglasses with amazing fits - you can run a marathon and they will not fall off your face/nose
I recommend these for anyone who is active and sweats - they also do prescription

Krewe is unbelievably overpriced and many styles are heavy
