old enough to say I haven't seen one. at least I know now it's not a spawn of satan and that I don't have to scream like this guy next time I see it.

I’d prefer pics of a skank instead.

Regardless of color, the shape of the head and those tight smooth scales make it clearly a skink. They're badass looking lizards.

That's a skank, baw. Lots of them in Greenwell Springs

Love those skink devils. Won't hurt anything but people freak out. I have had a couple twice that size before. Kinda cool

Great to have around the house since they eat mosquitoes and other small bugs.
I have several different varieties of lizards in my back yard vegetable garden and appreciate every one of them for the aphids, caterpillars, destructive pests, etc. they eat off my plants before they can do damage.

Skink
It’s a cross between a skunk and a mink.
And a lizard

Craziest thing i’ve Ever found in my backyard was a blue crab. Zero idea where it could have come from

First time I’ve heard the word skink. I’ve always called them salamanders. Thanks for the education OT.

How do y'all hook em? Behind the head or through the mouth?
Posted on 4/20/19 at 9:04 pm to blight
I’d rather hold an angry rattlesnake than be in the same room as a brown recluse or black widow spider
