I really like Cody Jinks and saw he was coming to Fort Worth in a couple of weeks. Got on Ticketmaster and bought 2 floor seats. All confirmed but at the top of the page I noticed Five Finger Death Punch. Thought that was the name of the tour. Oh no, he is opening for the heavy metal band’s 20th anniversary tour. Going to be an interesting night.

Used to love these books but stopped reading years ago. The miscasting is my first complaint. I don’t remember the sister much at all in the books but Jaime Lee is unwatchable to me. Benton was a huge part of the books but for the life of me, I do NOT remember them being actually married.

Just read that early voting in Texas is breaking records in Harris County (Houston) and Travis County (Austin). Sounds like the Dems are fired up. I am worried.

Dogs tend to not do well when leashed in an unfamiliar scenario but I do think it was protecting your wife. The suggestion about crating is the way to go. I have had rescues my entire adult life and every dog is different. If it showed aggression to a family member, especially a child, then a re-home may be necessary but these 2 situations seem specific.

I’m on day 9 now. Better but the cough is deep, hacking and miserable. Fever broke on day 3 but this low grade nausea persists. I have FluA and am told this years flu shot is ineffective for it.
Never heard of Xofluza. Can you get it to have on hand in case?

Not sure what you are thinking but in Dallas we are consumed by this loss of life.
Almost everyone knows someone affected by this tragedy. Camp Mystic is 100 years old. This is a very RARE occurrence from what I know.

I remember driving home down Stanford and seeing a huge police presence and yellow tape at the first victim’s house. She was the nurse named Gina. If anyone was before her I didn’t know it but as the news reported more victims we were all very afraid. I carried pepper spray to walk the lakes and would start running if a car came near me.
