When and how could "another WW2" take place with the sacrifice of mostly European and U.S. blood for the benefit of sub-Saharan Africa?
This is an absurd claim, Most major European powers were reluctant to participate in WW2 due to the massive loss of life their countries endured in WW1.

Considering most countries in Africa cannot pay out entitlements like the US pays, I would vehemently say yes I do feel that way. I've worked with a few people from Africa and have watched them climb the ranks in terms of education and drive. Their core values were the same as mine. Work Hard, Love Life, Provide your family with a better life than you had.
They simply weren't born into a society that has the same advantages of the USA and therefore must work harder to achieve success.
What's holding Louisiana back? Most would say politcal corruption and cronyism that has created a society of poor education and a high population living in poverty. Should we really judge Africans for having the same struggles as we do?

I'm a white man and even I can acknowledge that white ppl have throughout their history killed, subjugated, and oppressed on a scale not seen in other races. Perks of having the strongest militaries and possessing the most advanced technologies of their times.
