The solution is privatize roads.
We would have better roads at a lower cost and could have rules we vote for with our dollars. People would bitch and moan about having to pay a few bucks a month to use a road but they now pay thousands a year for roads they don't even use.
This also comes with private enforcement of those rules so the government can't use traffic enforcement to fish for other "crimes".
Sometimes you have to settle for better over perfect.

False. The compounded results that the type of human sitting in the left lane once applied to how they handle all aspects of their life over a lifetime are probably doing more harm than good to those around them and should be erased off the planet for the greater good. 
In fact, people like Pax regis are probably the cause of many accidents/deaths and have no idea simply by causing large build ups of cars behind him which will just make a more dangerous driving environment because he's a stupid count.

Forsyth Co (GA) posted in the past few weeks that they don’t enforce it. It was just to remind people it’s a law.
So stupid. I drive 30-40k miles per year, and left lane lurkers are by far the worst thing going on roads. You should be allowed to turn them in.
Morons riding fender to fender with car in next lane think the road being wide open in front of them is glorious, while ignoring the 20 cars behind them.

Yep. I won’t hog the left lane on purpose, but will borrow it for a minute to pass the slow vehicle in the right lane, especially on the LP causeway.
If, while borrowing it, an idiot comes barreling up on my azz, thats it. Minimum legal speed. If not on the LP, i will actually come to a stop. Do not ride on somebody’s bumper.
