I don't think that's what he means.
Probably means "tall" in terms of mentality.

I was wondering that ... my father in law is 6’2” and is 100% Cajun (English was his second language) from south Terrebonne Parish
Most of my male Cajun cousins are all 5’10” or taller too - but we have a few short stocks in there too

I find the "syndrome" to be the strangest thing, I never felt as if my height was an impediment with women
Same, and I'm only 5'5. It helps that I live in Southern Louisiana and most of my friends are 5'9ish or shorter (outside of one friend who is 6'3). I've never felt "short" but I went to school with a lot of guys that were my height and a few who were shorter. I've dated girls who were taller than me, and it never bothered me. My wife is only about 5'1 though.
I did go to school with a guy who is 5'2 and you can tell it bothers him, he's also now bald, sucks to suck

If you're over 6'2" and NOT a professional athlete then you're a failure at life. At that height or higher, the path to professional sports is basically easy mode.
My height was completely wasted on me. If my son gets my height & my husband’s athleticism, I’ll have a solid retirement plan.

The BR metro isn't cajun/coonass for the most part and the people aren't particularly short.

I'm 5'10" and consider myself short. Seems everybody I hang out with or work with is an inch or two taller. Hasn't really ever bothered me and I'm middle aged.

I have a cousin who is about 5' 6". Being short bugs the hell out of him.
I always mess with him and stand next to him and look down.
I'm 6' 2" with long arms. Made playing someone taller in basketball much easier.

I’m legitimate 5-7 but make up for it in width and weight.

I'm a little over 6‘3“. When I was 14, I played Dixie Youth All-Stars. Our team made it to the state tournament. When we were there, our team went to a local Piccadilly. As we were standing in the queuing line, the West Monroe team came into the restaurant. At the time, I was a little over 6‘1“ and was the tallest kid on my team. I think I would’ve been the smallest kid on the West Monroe team. It seemed like the entire team was at least 6‘4“. I couldn’t believe how big they were at 14 years old. As I passed them in the line I knew we didn't have a f*cking chance in hell to win State. Of course, they not only won the State tournament, but they also went on to win the Dixie Youth World Series.

Short guys are disgusting, same category as the fatties.

A tall man pulling tail is like a guy who bought a Bama hat yelling at the TV after a touchdown. Simmer down, bitch, you didn't actually accomplish anything.
