I grew up in South LA, have lived all over, and I'm now in Wisconsin. I am 6'2" and have always felt tall until I got to Wisconsin - the number of 6'5+" guys here is insane.
Of course my wife's family is short, so our kids will be midgets growing up in this land of giants.

I am 5’7 . Always dated ladies who were my height or shorter. I am not attracted to ladies who are shorter than 5”4 though. My high school crush was 5’9 and I think that affected me emotionally because she dated guys who were taller than myself.

What are someone's dating options at 5'2?

im somewhere betweenn 5'8" and 5'9", depending on if i'm slouching that day.
but my wife is 5'0", sexy AF, and a doctor who makes more than most of the OT.
i've dealt with small man syndrome a good bit in my life, i was particularly small through high school, but sprouted a good bit in college.
so i don't care anymore...
but i wish i was at least 5'11"

I'd say like 5'7" and smaller should be considered "short".
I'm 6'2" and recognize I'm taller than average so if I'm hanging out with someone 5'9", I don't immediately think that they're a short mofo, just that they're closer to average. 5'7" is the start of that range where I get that 'towering' feeling that taller people are familiar with.

If they drive a 4 wheel drive truck lifted way off the ground on huge mud tires to compensate.

I was raised in a very old-school Southern conservative household. Hospitality and manners were always emphasized.
As such, to this day, I give the appropriate "Yes ma'am" or "No ma'am" to any guy under 5'10"
