In La. the police code would be 103M. 103 is a disturbance and M is mental. 103F is a fight...103D is a domestic, etc. I suppose a dispatch could involve more than one. But making a video isn't really a disturbance, so I don't know what the correct code would be.

Zachary is a shite show right now.

They are cracking down on kids having phones in school and are searching bags to get them. Ostensibly this is because kids are using phones to do stupid Tik Tok challenges but most people think the reason is to suppress the truth about how many fights are happening at the schools daily.
