What happened to the chick fil a on college?

Whenever it opened it was very clean and properly run like any other CFA. I just went in there for the first time and it was very dirty, staff was not friendly and was on their phone most the time. What happened? Very disappointed

Yeah they do. It’s just fricking fast food. I don’t care if they are overly friendly.

The one on Burbank that just opened has given me chicken sandwiches that were like rubber on multiple occasions. Seems like poor management.

I'd do the Ascension/Livingston parish wife thing and call to speak to a manager. If there's one place I'd think would make changes to better their service, it's Chick-fil-A

Wait, huh? How do you know it was clean and properly ran when it first opened if this was your first time visiting the store?
