Whenever it opened it was very clean and properly run like any other CFA. I just went in there for the first time and it was very dirty, staff was not friendly

If you just went there for the first time, how do you know how it was when it opened? Old Yelp reviews?

It was fine when I went there a few weeks ago. No better or worse than any of the others around town.

I love the one in Denham. They're always nice and fast. Kids in Denham have some pride and manners unlike the shite birds in BR. Which is why Livingston is growing so damn fast. Thank God for the Amite River. Natural barrier to keep the trash out. That and some people cant swim.

It’s not a river that keeps me out of Denham. It’s my pride and my ability to live elsewhere.

Most people I know of means are either leaving Baton Rouge or planning to.

College Drive happened. Come on, dude. Did you really have to ask? Everything on College dies a slow and painful death.

I was just in there for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn’t see any of them on their phones

I go to the CFA on College once a month or so since it opened 6 or 7 years ago and have never had any issues that I can remember

I’ve always said it’s the worst CFA I’ve been to. And I’ve been to CFA in All the gulf coast states

Would suggest you contact the National office :
Link to Chick Fil A customer support page.

A bad Chick Fil A store tarnishes the reputation of the entire chain, and their national office should know if there is a bad franchise.

The one in the LSU Union is trash. It has typical Burger King workers.

Probably run by Aramark, same people who run the concessions at the sporting venues.

That title used to belong to the one on Vets in Kenna Bra. First month it was open, was crowded AF but great. Then then new store opening team went home. The next 3-4 months it was horribly run. I complained to corporate so many times they started sending me gift cards.

Apparently the operator was called to HQ, and about a month later, it seemed like a whole new operation. Almost 100 percent turnover on employees. The new ones seemed more like the "normal" expectation of a CFA employee. It's fine now, no problems since then.
