And I think your example coupled with mine warrants a time for us to pause and recollect on the 2 kinds of failure: Regular failure, and epic failure.

Failing is assured if you're trying, and regardless, it's universal; because one day we're all gonna frick up one "uh-oh" times too many.

There are no moral absolutes if we are animals doing animal things.

A lion does not murder a zebra, he just eats it. Under the same premise, Jeffrey Dahmer does not murder dudes, he just eats them. And even then, who's to say it's even murder or feeding? Things go haywire in a hurry.

Oh boy, ain’t this the truth! My ex filed after years of regularly emphasizing “til death do us part”. When shite got difficult she cut and ran. I went to counseling and got back to church. Counselor suggested a book about making the choice to love after the rainbow and unicorn phase wore off. I wanted to get the train back on the track, she quit. I blame her her parents for raising an unaccountable brat, something I should have recognized before tying the knot.
