In the microcosm of work where it seems like 1/3 of the people are naturalized US citizens, I'd say everyone does their part. The phillipino dude is the local NRA recruiter. The old grandmas from South America are great fun to joke with. There's a couple of US Marines from Columbia. The Thai chick I'm friends with may be a mail order bride but she's one of the sweetest chicks ever. The west African people are thrilled to be here. They almost all are. They aren't perfect but they're mostly good people. It's usually the white and black people who spend all day bitching and moaning. And sure, to expect all immigrants to turn out like them is very unrealistic but it's inspiring nonetheless.

I agree with the Japanese statement earlier, but it depends on what you mean by loyal? If you mean simply work hard and pay taxes, I would say Irish, or any western European group (white people as poster above me said). If you mean in the form of assimilation and difficult transition, then probably Japanese or Indian's (the dot kind)
