No kidding. Dude is a fricking legend and they can't handle their jealous feelings. They sometimes post videos of his escapes in the more moderate neighborhood facebook page. If you ever try to pick him up, he starts yelping like you hurt him, then trots off in triumph when you let him go.

“Walking around the neighborhood early in the AM, saw a suspicious man walking down the sidewalk. Black male, about 6ft tall, wearing a hoodie. He seemed to be breathing hard. If I see him again, I’m going to call the police.”
And I chimed in....
”Before you call the police, you outta go introduce yourself to the new family that moved in on our street. If you would open your eyes, and look around you fool, you would know they are a black family. Dad is an officer in the Air Force and goes running every morning. His kid is always at the bus stop at the corner with his BR High sweatshirt on.”
“But you know, folks like you think other “folks” can’t afford to live in our regular ole neighborhood.”
It got reported and I got a warning lol.

I'm not on NextDoor.
I'm not in insurance or real estate. I have a few friends that are in those businesses.
Most are college educated. One close personal friend is in real estate. She has a masters degree from Vanderbilt. Another one has a degree from Ohio State. I would venture to say. Either of them could buy you for what you think you are worth. Sell you for what you are actually worth, and be able to afford to take the loss.
I do know one guy who is just a high school graduate that is in insurance. Makes six figures a year.
The yard guys are probably mostly dropouts and high school grads.
