LOL.
I follow OMH and the Bonnabel group. It’s mostly great entertainment since the moderators delete the garbage and it’s fun to make fun of the old stupid women

Mainly 1) my cat/dog/etc. has escaped, has anyone seen it, 2) there's some sort of wild animal running around, or 3) weekly free stuff

quote:

What goes down on your neighborhood's NextDoor?

Missing pets

Neighborhood party invites

Nearby car accidents and roads that are shut down

Cars that are broken into

Items from homes that are stolen

Warnings about snakes and coyotes in the area

The best ones over the last five years:

Guy was taking out his trash at night and two guys were standing by his garage with masks on. Held him at gun point while they tied him up. Robbed his house and stole his car. Man unties himself and runs to his neighbors house in his underwear to call 911. Robbers get away but they catch them later in a few weeks in Dallas. He gets most of his possessions back.

Strange car parked in cul de sac for two days. Police called. Owner of the car tracked down and she says that is her son’s car. He has depression and drove away after they got into a fight. Massive search party in the woods behind our neighborhood. Police tent headquarters at cul de sac. Helicopters and search dogs search the woods. Over 100 people involved in the search. They find nothing. Two days later the guy walks out of the woods straight to the cul de sac where he left his car severely dehydrated but ok. Police couldn’t find him. He rescued himself.

Becky: I was awakened by this awful crunching and ripping sound outside my bedroom window near our tastefully redecorated home spa and I was really, really scared until I saw that it was only your cat Fluffy being consumed by the neighborhood coyote. Sorry. Heather.
