I had a Tacoma in that color.

Liked the color.
Hated the truck.

I think it is a nice addition, that is not too hot, will hide dirt well, and is a cool variation that is not super loud or wild.

Yeah because Audi/Porsche got the color right and put it in exclusives. Now it’s a color option littering lots.

That RS6 is so slick.

I like it, it's called cement on Toyotas.

I had a gray metallic F150 and now have two Toyotas that are gray metallic. Got both of those during the pandemic, so didn't plan on that color, but it was a color we liked, and you couldn't be too picky.

I've been curious about these for a while. There's more than just gray now too. Some tans have that look. Almost like putty. Wondered if that type had a special name.
Would somebody PLEASE answer this damned question?! I started noticing these in 2019 - mostly on Toyota trucks. It doesn't look matte and it doesn't look gloss...WTF is it!!!

Nope don’t care for it. I’m more old school; candle apple red, chrome rims, and peanut butter inside.

I like it. But this is going to date these cars. Kinda like green (forest?) did in the 90s.

Funny to me how long silver and gold/champaign were a thing, and now they're not.

Seems Black, White, dark gray, and various reds never go out of style.

I have the first gray ford offered. It was more dark gray. Looks black sometimes and gray sometimes. They called it Lithium Gray. I've really liked it.

My personal view is that white and grey/silver are way too overused. I like to see more vehicles with a splash of color (even if they show dirt/dust a bit more).

That said, color is not a deal breaker for me in vehicles unless it would be something way out there.
