We refer to just about everywhere as a shithole.

Since it is impossible for everything to be a shithole, which cities would love love to live in long-term?

Too much is opinion to make a true decision.

Geographically, probably southern cal, but with taxes and traffic, probably not.

Somewhere in Wyoming. Or somewhere in Montana.

Or Franklin or Brentwood, TN. Experience all four seasons.

Just about every bigger city is going to have its pros and cons. Just depends on what you’re into and your lifestyle.

Taking in all factors (geographical, climate, political climate, taxes, etc), I would think a place like Charlotte is up there.

Hilton Head? Good climate, good golf, close to the ocean if I was going to relocate it would be there

Florence Alabama if you enjoy small college towns, hunting and fishing.

Blowing Rock, NC and you have money and enjoy the golf and mountains.

Chattanooga, TN if you don’t have as much money but still enjoy the mountains and fishing.
