Do you view it as an enjoyable place to visit or reside? I've been in the metro area for 30 years and I hate this place more and more as the years go by. It went from a sleepy small city with a huge metro in 1990, to a shite show of corrupt black politicians, and faux celebrities, mixed in with fake political correct woke warriors in current times. This place seems like one big social experiment. I hate it.

They call Atlanta "Wakanda"

Being white, I assume I'm not welcome.

it's a giant baton rouge with more jobs, better suburbs, and a bit more "to do"

I’ve only been to ATL a couple of times, and the last time was when I was a teenager. Went to a Braves game, checked out the Coca Cola factory (which was great), and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. Really good experience from what I recall. That’s all I got.

Lots of great places to eat, great airport, lots of good options for entertainment.

Lots of really bad areas, too many homeless, lots of petty and violent crime, public transit sucks

I like visiting for various things. Lots of good concerts you can't find anywhere else in the southeast. I don't think I would enjoy living there for long.

when I was 15 I went and saw LSU beat GT at the peach bowl. And when to the coke factory. So yeah, pretty awesome.

The airport is functional and the Braves play out in BFE.

That's all I got.

Hate Atlanta. Traffic is awful. That’s on a normal day. But there always seems to be a mattress on the road, an overturned 18 wheeler, a trailer that came loose, etc.

Delta is ready when you are.

Saying that, I love this city. Does it have it's faults? Yep. But the positives far outweigh the negatives.

But we are full. We don't need anyone else moving here.

There are some nice suburbs and surrounding areas but it wouldn't be near the top of my list of Southern cities to live in.
