Beer can burgers. Aka burgers stuffed with roast beef, onions, and cheese, wrapped in bacon :)

Lol it’s just putting some dogs on low and slow and dumping butter, brown sugar, and sauce on them to finish. Just a cheap snack

I’ll be smoking weed. OweO will be smoking cock. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

I’ve got 2 young kids so I mainly use the gas weber spirit. I got a smoke box for it and made some ribs today that came out great. The purist will surely tell me I’m doing it wrong but it’s minimal and works great for me. Once the kids get older I’ll bring out the big smoker again but too many variables with that when my attention is elsewhere. Not sure what I’m grilling tomorrow but thinking about a spatchcocked chicken with a lemon butter sauce.

Charcoal grill that can smoke? I mean, any Kamado style smoker is great for this.

I don’t understand the correlation with having kids to the type of grill you have. I have 2 kids as well and it’s had no impact on my cooking equipment.

With 2 young kids 1.5 & 3yo playing around water I prefer to have something that I don’t have to look after all the time, checking temp adding wood/coal. With the gas grill I can put it at a temp and know it’ll be fine for an extended period of time. To each his own, I was just tell the OP what I was using and why.
