At a normal bar, a domestic bottle costs somewhere between $3-$6. Dive bars and happy hour will be closer to $3/$4. Bars with attractive women will be closer to $5/$6.

Ultras are $3 at the little country roadhouse I go to by my house. Interesting crowd too.

Ivar's has $12 buckets of Busch Light erryday all day.

5 beers for $12 is good for me.

It varies widely depending on which bar I’m at. The dives have domestics for $2.50-4. The mid tier bars have them for $4-6. The higher end places/music venues charge $6-9, but sometimes have specials to get a pbr or highlife down to $5.

Well, just check the dumpster out back. All the bottles you want in there.

You're paying for the experience of bar hopping, not the alcohol.

If you want to drink for cheap, go to an actual dive bar. not a "dive" bar.

If I go bar hopping in a trendy/lively/popular area of town, and we are getting beer/liquor/cocktails, I know I'm likely spending $100 for two people, maybe more. Just part of it.

Glad it’s a problem I don’t have to deal with.

You're one who could likely benefit from a beer or two. Might help you think twice about some of the ridiculous posts you make.
