Going into LSU on Burbank, and in that stretch of woods between The Shed and Ben Hur, to your right, there are 3 little camp/house things on cinder blocks. What are they for?

They are Tiny houses, and it seems like they have halted the tiny work.

Prolly gonna be rentals. Its in a bog, and wetlands, no thanks.

I dont know how they even got permits for that shite.

Driveway access to Burbank, sewer,etc.

Think those are the sheds at the back of those massive lots of houses. Probably use them to house the maintenance equipment for those properties.

Those little houses look sketchy as hell. Looks like poor construction to me

They just put the 3rd one up on piers last week. I assume they will be Airbnb rentals and probably do a killing during football season.

I think they are going to be small rental "vacation" homes through like VRBO and AirBNB.

Looks like they could be pushed over by hand. How does something like that get approved?

That's what they are. Was an article about it a few months ago.

There’s no way in hell I would ever stay in something as sketchy as that.

In Louisiana palmettos are a true indicator that the land floods periodically.

That's what I thought as well the first time I saw them. They are definitely an eyesore and look stupid as frick. Of all the neighborhoods that have been built around there in the last 5-10 years and now that's the kind of shite they are putting up? They look awful and hilariously small.

You must be thinking of something else. These things just went up within the past several months.
