What are they building across the street from L’Auberge?

I was hoping it was some kind of grocery store so the people who live there don’t have to go through Gardere to get their essentials. I still don’t see the point of that neighborhood.

That super expensive subdivision was originally going to be an RV park in the back. Look on Google earth and you can see they had the pad sites ready to go
