Lonnie good place to bring 15 year old and 10 year old skiing? They have been before. 15 year decent 10 year old would definitely need some more coaching.
Kicker is I tore my knee 10 years ago skiing and have no desire to go again. Wife tore her knee 2 years ago in purgatory.
Need a place that I could send my 2 kids up lifts together and not worry about them.

some ski resort to pretend you’re rich but just be cold.
Or it's for people that aren't 350lbs and have hobbies.
Hawaii is top tier, I'll give you that. But Winter Park, Park City, Telluride, are all top tier vacation spots.

Mid tier: Florida
I can't imagine going to Florida in the winter. What a waste.

Bottom tier: Dallas
Who vacations in Dallas?

Underrated: Upper Midwestern & high elevation lakes in the summer.

In my neck of the woods, Brighton.
Snowbasin is good too, but it's lower in elevation, doesn't have as favorable aspect (a lot of the resort faces east) and is a little more expensive. But some of the best cruising terrain in the Wasatch.

Sounds like someone is bitter about not getting invited to the ski trip. Don’t worry dude, they are only “friends”

Hawaii in December-March is a steady mid 70s but the rain and surf can be a detriment. Have been to Kauai 9 times and will never go back in the winter. June-July is prime time.

I was in Winter Park, Co the last two months. Lots of good stuff happening there lately. It’s becoming a great destination from the front range.
