This was in 2006- a few months earlier I had ended a short relationship with this woman and she didn't take it well. A good friend was married to Jenna Jameson and they were going thru their divorce but had just sold their business to Playboy. She was trying to stay in her ex's friend's good graces so she texted me (and some of her ex's other guy friends) asking if I wanted to go to the Playboy Mansion for a party. My best friend from college was going thru his own divorce so as a present I asked if he wanted to go to the party- he said yes and flew out from Chicago and we drove to LA.
The girl I had ended the relationship with apparently was a star fricker and while we were at the party she sends me texts with pics of her and her girlfriend with David Wright & Paul LoDuca, I guess the Mets were in town playing the DBacks. I recognized the two but didn't respond and she sends a few more texts. Finally, she calls my phone and I answer and she asks if I got the pics. I responded that I had and asked why she felt she needed to send them but while we we were talking I was getting drowned out by the band playing by the PB Mansion pool and told her I could barely hear her. She asked "where the hell are you?" and once I told her she lost it. Good times.
