I have nothing to hide so I would invite him over to my house and let him see the home that I have provided for her for her nine years and see how much she is thriving and how strong our family is.
Then at the end of the visit I would tell him in no uncertain terms that if he ever accuses us of harboring our daughter as a slave again I'm gonna sue him for everything that he's got.

Slavery still exists in the States, right? Under certain circumstances of course.
Sentencing a convict to hard labor is slavery by any definition. You can argue the merits but that is slavery.

Unfortunately there are way too many out there in the foster/adoption system that aren’t being vetted well.
People like this and that gay couple in Georgia adopting or fostering kids for their own sick and twisted needs.
The foster care system and adoption need a reform overhaul.
