Ok. What did you think it should be? I'm at loss. Sleepy Joe would keep sending you checks?

I love how Manny laughs while Tony is talking shite.
And I would like “Nick the Pig” as a friend.

I dont really hate the boomers. They walked into a economy where the pace was set by the silent generation.
They walked into an economy with economic growth at such high levels that spurred job creation. And a degree put you ahead of most people.
They grew up pretty hard without all of the amenities that we take for grant today. But they will never admit that we have it harder. You see it, though, I see it in my field with many of them continuing to work for health insurance. Not health care, Health insurance.
Our generation walked into an economic axe men type of recession where jobs starting to be eleminated, Right around the time I graduated 2008, 2015 and then 2025.
The only shot we had was a specialized college degree.

So what’s your solution?
The issue is the amount of taxes we pay, and the amount of money printing we have in our country.
Or, that the amount of money and time on everything being squeezed from the middle class to a handful of shareholders is constantly increasing and unsustainable.

I graduated in 2009. Suggesting those who didn't have a specialized degree were fricked is utter nonsense.

Hey, Im glad it worked out for you. But. It didnt work out a lot of people with degrees that I know of.
That doesnt mean they didnt make something of themselves. They are all doing well. But Like me, we arent working in the fields anywhere near what we graduated in.

What do you do for a living? Genuinely asking because I graduated in 2010 and I agree with what the other guy was saying. Felt really fricked trying to find a job back then. Had to get an advanced degree to get on the career path I am on now. Not complaining just saying.

I’ve missed so much time with my family. We’re still in Egypt..frankly I don’t want to run from Pharoah…I’d rather fight and die.

I own an insurance agency and have for the last decade. Completely different world from the first job I had out of college and the other jobs I had in corporate America. I was willing to move around and always looking to advance my career. Got tired of someone else deciding how much I could make so struck out on my own.

Like what, specifically?
Because ultimately, the only expenditure in my life that I have no control over is my tax bill, which accounts for over 20% of expenditures.

You can start your own business
This is where the money is. And you can literally do anything you want to do. You’ll have to work really hard when you start out.
I know a guy who loves being on the water. He commercial crabs, he runs a long catfish line on the way to dock, he bust crabs for soft shells for a major local restaurant, he sends his crabs by truck daily to Baltimore. He frogs. He does it all. Has a really nice house. Has a really nice camp at Toledo bend.
All living off the land with a high school diploma.
Just to reiterate my statement, I also know people that run a firework stand for those holidays they can sell them, and run a snowball stand in the summer. They are printing money doing it.
