It was a pathetic showing. You sputtered and produced the flimsiest and most laughable studies (22 children got sick at a church camp in 1990!) Knowing they didn't at all prove anything. And then you fell back on what your textbooks say about cell injury. As if a method of cell injury somehow proves aerosol human transmission, which itself can't be proven

I don't have too much to lose man. In fact, I think you are a pharma plant, because they have far more money to gain using immunotherapies if your theory about an autoimmune origin is correct. I mean, far far more money. 100 mg tablets of Doxycycline go for around 15 dollars in pharmacies near me. Adalimumab goes for 6500 after a coupon. It's surprising that you want to be in the pocket of big pharma. But I see your game.

Again, you apparently didn't understand why I linked a study about P. aeruginosa in cystic fibrosis patients. Alas, I knew the evidence-based methods of pathology would be too much for you.

You can't prove human to human aerosol tranmission of any disease. You can look at what it does under a microscope all day, but your theories of how it got there are garbage, unsupported unscientific crap. You can face that or not. Mr. Doctor.

Sure. Polio is limited in its transmission modality because it spreads primarily through fecal-oral transmission, though it can spread through pharyngeal secretions. Unless you are scooping poop from this immigrant into your mouth, the dangers of it spreading from a single individual are remote. Indeed, just like many pathogens, polio was controlled by water filtration, but not eradicated in the slightest. Given the paucity of wild-type polio cases at the moment, the vaccine-derived polio is more than likely the culprit. The change from the vaccine that was most associated with vaccine-derived illness occurred only in 2015, and before then, some large richer countries, like China, used that version rather than the inactivated version. The risk is pretty much based not on the development level of the country, but rather on their broader vaccination strategy, because the vaccine-derived illnesses generally occur in the context of several individualized strains over a population with even a briefly inconsistent vaccination program. That would include lots of countries than one would associate with 'shithole' and could be due to lots of reasons.

On pathology of a sputum sample from a person with TB, what do you see? And what about the process of that sputum sample precludes errors?
