I read the same exact thing you guys did and have zero confusion.

I don’t have any points in my reply here, just replied.

I mean you kind of expect your marriage to end up like this, when she has this in her past...

Crazy shite happens around here with regularity. Car chases happen all the time in sketch neighborhoods and end with perps bailing and running through backyards in any given normal part of town. People are getting tired of it and some are even doing what they can to protect themselves. If this chick is in the true crime world then she’s probably already on edge. My guess is she heard the sirens and came out ready to pop a bad hombre. She just picked the wrong bad hombres.

Yeah, this is exactly what I'm not understanding....she wasn't involved in the chase, there are sirens everywhere, cops scrambling, she hears a commotion and heads outside with her personal protection. Cops yell at her from how far away? Could she identify they were cops?

I don't see that charge sticking...especially as she and her husband have the money to put up a strong legal fight.

Some are saying helicopters searching for the suspects were making a lot of noise and she may not have heard the cops identifying themselves.

Body cam video should clear all this up. Attempted murder seems crazy, but I'll reserve judgment until seeing the video.

She should be dead right now….

Well, if she does do time, with all the pork and beans she is gonna eat, hope she has some candy to go with it.

She may go to a place where it would be “appropriate” to wear a Pink Triangle on her sleeve.

that article popped up for me this am, and I got a headache trying to read the first two paragraphs and gave up. Seemed written as a teaser/clickbait to make people scroll to see if she'd died.

Be ready to be disappointed when they say the body cams were turned off for unknown reasons.

Police are saying that she did fire on them while in her backyard and they have the shell casing. Lots of questions...

- Did she know there was someone running from the police and armed herself?
- Why go out into your back yard with a weapon in hand?
- Why would she fire AT the police? She was in her back yard, which I assume is fenced off. Were the police already in her yard when she went outside? Were they climbing over the fence or trying to? This just doesn't make a ton of sense, unless she was just high out of her mind and didn't understand what was happening.
