It's bad Hillbilly Mystery Science Theater 3000.
His decade commentary is all off show is from 80s and he's talking about how one of them is dressed like 90s. And near end he says it looks like an 80s episode of the ladies from Friends. Takes him 5 mins to recognize Betty White and he fails to recognize Mario Lopez.
