Relevance? Sounds like you engaging in classism here.

Self made? I’m sure they did not ask for their neighborhood gate to be broken down and an angry mob to trespass on private property in a time when angry mobs have a reputation for wanton destruction.

You have to see how you are being disingenuous here.

Guys. We need to enact common sense gun control. Why is this so hard?

I think the broader point should be that well beyond even this situation a prosecutor could most likely find a way to charge almost anybody at almost anytime at least with a major misdemeanor if they dug into the books for tiny bit and got the rubber stamp signatures to do it.

Its a farce how easy it is.

And it starts with allowing police, prosecutors, and judges all to be on the same team.

Boyz, you’re all smarter than this. I have that level of faith in you. Cotton dockers is not some patriot, he is a savvy marketer. This is the most manufactured bullshite I’ve seen in a long while.

Not so true, even in La..

When I moved out to my place in the middle of nowhere in 2001 I had a couple locals, probably more curious about who moved in than anything else, come prowling the 1st few nights.

When they pulled down one of the old cheapy gutter downspouts that was barely hanging on and drug it across the brick wall next to a living room window at about 2am I called the sheriff's office.

Anyway, the 2 deputies simply asked if if I had a gun in case the prowlers decided to come back. I told them I'd hate for them to have to tell someone's mother her baby boy ain't ever coming home again and they were outside anyway. They looked at each other, looked at me, said they appreciated that notification of kin thought but to do what I felt I had to.

It’s a huge problem that our Constitutional rights are not finite. You never know the mood of any cop, DA, judge, etc and these things shouldn’t be left to the whims of whoever happens to be elected.

Will the ACLU come to their defense? I’m thinking no.

My common sense is telling me to go point guns at people.

I agree. And it’s a hard pill to swallow, but you can move places where those moods are more predictable

This is the price we pay for having elected DAs and judges. They aren’t able to be true servants to the law bc they have to keep their mobminded electorate happy.

The people of STL need to strap up and head to the DAs house, but they won't

There will be a tipping point where people will fight back and it will not be nice for the liberals.

It could be in the form of
- middle class flight where cities have to raise taxes, cut services, and lay-off liberals.
- people fighting back at the poles
- people just fighting back with the same tactics the liberals pull

If that would've been me, I likely would've picked off any rioter that set foot on my property and threatened me in any way. Hope this shite gets stopped before it comes down my street.
