Not at all. There's always the potential you are being filmed whether it's some spy satellite and you just happen to be in its path, someone is videoing in the area and it has nothing to do with you, vehicle cameras, a drone flying by mapping terrain for some survey or other, etc. As technology develops, that potential grows.
Perhaps you should just stay inside?

I didn't DV you, but I definitely do not care that Walmart is filming me to make sure I scan everything at checkout. Why would anybody be opposed to that?

I don't do anything nefarious at walmart. But I don't blame those who do. The lines with the self check out are maddening.

Force you? Do you really not prefer self checkout?
In any event, you will either stop shopping there or conform to their rules. Personally, I appreciate a system that minimizes theft.

Or I keep walking out like normal. I only shop at walmart if I have to and its only for 1-2 things usually.

It's automatically triggered. I had a guy come check me out b/c of an apple I scanned and held in my hand instead of putting in bag. He acknowledged it's a fluke almost every time. And they aren't walking up on you assuming you're stealing. They are just doing the job the system is telling them to do.

If you actively avoid an employee when they (the system) suspects you may have not paid for something, you absolutely fit the profile of someone who steals.
