Most bars and fancy sitdown restaurants do. I'm confused about how they were "declined" after the customer left though. Vendor should know right away. A lot of systems run a pre-authorization when the tab is open.

That's a relief. I think, but I'm not sure, I may have walked or been carried out of there without paying my tab 26 or 27 years ago. But I'm not sure.

Just glad I'm not on the list.

Edit: I got it confused with "Fred's." I've always paid my tab at Fred's on the River.
