I've been in lines with these people before. I've seen video footage of fast food fights, water parks, etc. My theory is Ally was attempting to turn around via a vacant building parking lot, near the railroad tracks (you know, 'take an alternate route') and maybe didn't see the killer, and nearly hit them. I imagine that level of "disrespect" would warrant murder in the culture these days, not simply a group beat down.

No way am I trying to justify. I just wouldn't be surprised if the culture hasn't evolved past just smashing your head into concrete for skipping a line, or accidentally bumping into someone walking toward you... that didn't move either. It's a sad and totally fricked up world we're living in. I'm hoping to see a recall petition soon. This City is going down fast.

Any recall petition will get the TogetherBR treatment and attempt to disqualify enough signatures to invalidate it.

You're probably correct.

I hope us taxpayers can come together and get something done. The crime has been out of control for far too long. Maybe I'm a dreamer.

What’s going to happen is more people deciding to take things into their own hands.

I don’t want to say his name and have him show up in the thread but one poster’s dad is notorious for having done so and getting acquitted.

The cops can take another route with their dozen donuts and shove them straight up their own fat asses.

In that you put the location of the crime and a time frame, along with the PC, which amounts to "We're out of fricking other options" as it is considered, legally, a huge invasion of privacy due to the blanket nature of the information requested.

That’s not how it works. You have to have a suspect and probable cause for THAT suspect to get a warrant to subpoena their cell records. You can’t just ask cell phone providers for records of anyone that was “in the area.”

I thought I read in a thread on here that they have the incident on video. Why wouldn’t they release images if so, even if grainy. People may recognize clothes, shoes, etc.

It does what is in its nature to do. Predators prey on the weak and small. Animals committed this criminal act of violence. Motive explains human behavior. The animals that committed this crime are not human. Their innate behavior has not evolved to the point of considering consequence, ethics or the morality of a decision. In fact, there is NO thought process. It is their nature and as such they must be put down like any animal that develops a taste for blood.

Sooooo, they're investigating, not taking anonymous witnesses testimony for real, no torches and pitch forks so they can professionally solve the case and then have the person or persons face a judge. Now, judges these days are are lot more lenient than in my youth.

Look. I'm as troubled by this as anyone. I have kids that age. But, at the same time, they law officials and legal folks can't rush to social media fervor without evidence.

Downvote reason. Go ahead.

That's my whole point. He just went to "one of the black high schools," so it was a non-story here. North BR gonna North BR, right?

Bryant Lee had at least one 8-page thread here, and he is/was brought up often (i.e., is remembered by the OT) when discussing a lack of solving murders and “snitching,” as in this very thread.

Did they ever make an arrest in his case?

I hope you are this outraged by the lack of national attention unarmed white men that are killed by police get.

Regardless, it’s a shame that you’re only taking into account a single demographic factor while looking down on the OT from way up there on your high horse. If you stopped and used your brain for a second, you might realize why this is getting such attention here.

Yea I dunno why he brings that up. That murder has been brought up here nonstop for years. Its always referred to as how people in that area dont talk to the police.

The 4 year old was the same thing. They werent going to talk yo the police and the family went on social media and said they were going to handle it themselves. That was also a hit on someone and the poor baby was caught in the middle of it.

I dont feel bad at all when people in the game are killed. Like Omar said in the Wire, you dont touch civilians.

Exactly.

If they want to be angry about something, get angry about how those communities refuse to turn in their criminals.

Instead, they get angry at everyone else for not getting angry enough.

This shite is fixable if those who know would come forward…and people know.

They are just below the individuals who committed the murders, ISO.

Instead, they deflect and deflect because they don’t want to say what the actual problem is.
