I knew a lady who was fired from her job at a bank for saying this. She had no idea what it meant; she probably associated it with baby talk.
One of her black coworkers, who no doubt foshizzled a few nizzles in her time, caused a big stink over it. She called HR and demanded that this racist woman be fired. HR investigated, and let the woman go.
I once got called out at work because I was discussing the Plaquemines Seafood Festival with someone, and a black lady thought we were talking about some sort of Black Man's Seafood Fesitval.
"Why it gots to be a black man's festival huh? What you talking bout?"
